SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at check out. For local customers in Victoria, the option for free local pickup is available at check out. For customers within Canada who are ordering one item only, the option to select single item within Canada ships for $3.00 without tracking. If you would like tracking, please select one of the Canada Post options.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 1-3 days processing time for all orders. Processing time may be longer during sales or busy times of the year.

United States: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 weeks
Please note that these are estimates, as delays can and do happen at customs, and mail volumes can also effect delivery times.

Please contact hello@dottiehandmade.com within 14 days of delivery to let me know if you need to exchange or return something, and I will give you mailing instructions. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
